Ownership

Copyright Infringement Claims

Reporting Procedure

Counter-notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
- Your physical or electronic signature
Important Notice:
Filing a counter-notification may lead to legal proceedings if the party that submitted the original DMCA notification believes their rights are being infringed. We recommend consulting with legal counsel before submitting a counter-notification.
Trademark Policy
Avento's trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the "Avento Marks") are valuable assets that we need to protect. This policy outlines how our trademarks may and may not be used.
